He Has Done Great Things

Merry Christmas, everyone! It was a quiet Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I spent the day recuperating from surgery on the couch, so I was able to participate in Christmas to the best of my ability. I am so thankful for an understanding family, and for a loving husband who has taken on so much in nurturing me back to health! So grateful as well to church family who have supported us with encouraging words, prayers, and meals along the way. You are all a blessing to us!

We noticeably missed Mom today. But the Lord is holding us during this time. She is forever in our hearts and we will see her again one day. I believe that day will be very soon with the coming of the Lord!

Thank you all for your prayers. We feel them daily. And thank you, Jesus, for Your strength, love, and comforting arms wrapped around us during this time.
